1.1 Ticket Inclusions & Event Information

  • GMC Summit reserves the right to make reasonable changes to ticket inclusions and event details where necessary, including but not limited to speaker line-up, session topics, timings, and venue layout.
  • Additional event details, including the full agenda, will be communicated closer to the event date.

1.2 Ticket Purchase & Pricing

  • Tickets are subject to limited capacity and are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Each ticketing tier is capped and may sell out once capacity is reached.

  • Launch pricing will end on Friday 22 May 11:59 PM (Sydney, Australia - AEST) or earlier if allocated tickets are sold out.
  • All summit ticket sales will close on Friday 3rd July, 2026 at 11:59 PM (Sydney, Australia – AEST), or earlier if tickets are sold out.

1.3 Ticket Policy

  • In the event that the summit is cancelled or rescheduled due to circumstances beyond the organiser’s control (including but not limited to global events, travel disruptions, government restrictions, or force majeure), tickets will be credited toward the rescheduled event or a subsequent GMC Summit held at a later time. Attendees will be notified as promptly as possible using the contact information provided during registration.
  • If the summit is not able to be rescheduled, the credited amount will be refunded.
  • All ticket purchases are otherwise final and non-refundable. Credits will only be issued in the circumstances outlined above.
  • Ticketing tier downgrades and partial refunds are not permitted after purchase.
  • Tickets are non-transferable unless otherwise approved by the organisers.
  • Upon purchasing a ticket, attendees will receive a confirmation email, which is not your summit ticket. Closer to the event date, attendees will receive their official event ticket electronically.
  • Tickets are only valid upon successful payment and verification. The organisers reserve the right to invalidate or cancel any ticket issued in error or without valid payment.
  • The organisers reserve the right to cancel and refund a ticket at their discretion where necessary to ensure the smooth delivery and integrity of the event.
  • If an attendee is unable to attend the event, or any part of the event (including specific days, sessions, or programs), no partial refunds or credits will be provided.
